Well, you've gotten so many important perspectives in your experience and you've written a book about it.

And so today you're helping other entrepreneurs create that owner independence that they're seeking.

Um, that the biggest thing is actually mindset and giving yourself permission.

So for me, just my permission that I needed to give myself is that buying is not a bad thing or selling is not a bad thing.

I'm going to go through it, but also the clarity of, like I said, If you're playing with that idea, get all your due diligence in order first, it'll be so much easier.

And really just thinking about what is my life gonna look like after? That is one thing that many entrepreneurs don't think about when they're thinking, when they're wanting to sell, right? And you said something really important.

When we build a company, What do we want? Freedom and wealth, right? And it's always so ironic to me when you think about it that, you know, why do we want money? For pleasure, right? It's ultimately pleasure.

So why do we suffer so much when we're trying to make the money? I mean, we're making the money for pleasure to have a better life, but then We're miserable making it and giving up our life in the process.

Those two things never made sense to me personally, right? So I think that the biggest takeaway also, if somebody's going through that, is understand what your purpose is in your life.

Because it's going to be very hard to give yourself permission to off-board and give up a certain amount of control if you don't have clarity of why you're doing it.

But if you have something else for me, my driver was, I want to be there for my kids.

So it wasn't easy, easy for me to say, no, I'm not going to do that anymore because this was more important.

So have something that is really more important because I mean, we only have one life and that's why we built the business for freedom.
