So the most fundamental part of what I'm going to be talking about in this episode is that you need to learn to enjoy being in the process of becoming.

I have made significant progress in my brand, my business, my body, my bank account in the past year, but by no means does that mean that I am settling.

In my opinion, a life where you are constantly waiting for the next milestone or the next checkpoint in order to start living your life and enjoying it really doesn't sound like a very fulfilling life to me.

I would quite honestly rather take longer to hit my goals and then spend that extra time traveling or spending time with friends, getting a spontaneous brunch on a Wednesday here and there, then achieve everything in 12 months and be completely miserable and burnt out.

Which if you guys know, if you've been following me since the beginning, you would know that that was exactly how I used to live my life.

But the funny thing is, especially as women, we actually tend to thrive more when we take things slower and we actually are more relaxed and peaceful.

Our creativity increases, we can think more clearly, and we can actually perform at our highest potential.

And if you want to listen to that more, go and listen to that episode because that was a really good one where I talk about the balance between, yeah, being ambitious and being a woman and being feminine and how those two things can actually coexist.

And when I talk about a soft life, I want to get things really clear, OK, because I think that there are two ways that people typically go about defining a soft life.

And number one is that they either mean living off of someone else financially and completely being dependent on them so that you don't have to work a job and everything in your life is easy.
