Hello everyone, and welcome back to the Strong with Julie podcast.
Today, we are talking about how to maintain your dream body once you've already reached your goals, and how to do that in a way that's not obsessing over it, right? Because when we have a specific fitness goal, it can feel like our life is revolving around that fitness goal.
But once you reach your goal, it's like, what do you do? You know, where does life go from here? A lot of people will go hard for that eight-week challenge, right? But very few people know how to live in the body they love long-term without constantly feeling like they're on track or off track.
Um, so what I would say is the real goal is not just losing weight, not just getting lean for the wedding, for the vacation, the photo shoot, but in the process, in that eight-week process, going back and having the mindset of building a lifestyle and an identity where maintaining your results is gonna feel natural, flexible, and sustainable once you come to the end of the challenge.
