There's a lot of layers and I feel especially when it comes to overwhelm, there's a lot of different places that it can come from, especially depending on what exactly you're overwhelmed about.

There are two big slash common areas where you're probably feeling overwhelmed at.

The second is that you have too many clients or you feel like you have too many clients.

There's just a lot of stuff that has to be done and you can't get to all the stuff or everything else is starting to fall behind.

That's kind of why I say like, I feel like the intro solution here is being able to do a brain dump and start writing some sort of plan or some sort of list.

But again, that's such an oversimplification because there's so many variables when it comes to those two problems.

If you're kind of feeling overwhelmed and it doesn't really have to do with one of those two items, feel free to shoot me a text in the Send Rita Your Thoughts section of the show description.

But talking about the not enough clients type of problem overwhelm, I feel like this is going to be mainly for newbies.

If you're new in the industry or if you've been in the industry, you've been owning a business for quite some time and it's still not where you want to be at.

So there's a couple reasons for this not enough clients overwhelm, which I think a lot of people kind of feel this.

My immediate thing, even before going to my notes, I like to go back to the stakes in the game.

Like you don't have enough clients, but you also don't have enough stakes in the game to make you do the things that you need to be doing.

now you're you might also be missing some direction so it's not necessarily that you're overwhelmed because business is slow but i feel like at this part and it could also be for the too many clients is that your business probably feels very chaotic because there is no plan So there's nowhere that you can look into a manual, just like your car or any appliances.

You can look at the manual and be like, okay, if this is not working, this is the reason why.

So you don't have any data points to point to if you've never officially made a plan.

Like you decided that you were going to start a travel agency because you thought it was going to be like a fun little side hustle.

But now like you want to start making some real income because you want to quit your job or you want to be able to afford something.

classes for your kids or you want to be able to start a healthy retirement fund when it comes time for that or you just want to stay occupied in your retirement years there's a lot of different reasons that you got into this business um to stay in this business it's definitely has to be like income focused if it is not income focused like you're never like you're i feel like you're not going to be able to like figure out what success means to you because you don't need your business to be successful because you already have all of your income taken care of.
