And is that what part of your book is? Is it for men to do that? Is it written for them specifically?

The book is actually written for both men and women to do a deeper dive into exploring yourself and your own feeling states.

So the book has a series of essays in it, and the facing page has a couple of questions, but the facing page is blank.

Most journal books have lines on the facing page because they expect you to respond in writing, in language.

But we represent the world in two other ways that are incredibly powerful.

We represent the world visually and kinesthetically, which means motion, action.

Those two... have to be an important part of the way that you interact with other people, the way that you experience the world around you.

Or you could have such an intense reaction that all you could do is scribble or use pressure in order to express how you're reacting to that particular essay.

So the book opens up all of the possibilities for tapping into your emotional states, which also leads to tapping into early history because, right, we don't have language today.

And so there's tons of representation available to you in those early stages of development that are gonna be very powerful to tap into so that you can go back in time, if you will, And offer repair to yourself for the ways in which, particularly as a male, you've been limited in emotional expression.

There is a shift happening because if you look at high school boys, middle school and high school boys, you will find that they do have more access to their feeling states than their fathers did.

So there's already a trend that says we can give the male population access the opportunity to look more transparently at their feeling states and they can have deeper conversations with their friends and really talk about feelings rather than talking about things.
