For the past six years, I've been building what I think of as an ecosystem around one thing, career longevity.

There's my book, Super Unnormal, a field guide for what can feel like an impossible job.

My partner, Scott, and I have courses on Burnable out on time, and we've got retreats.

And now I think I figured out the last piece, one-on-one career longevity coaching.

I've actually been coaching physicians in this area for years, and I've tried a bunch of different ways of structuring it.

Six session physician coaching programs have been studied in randomized trials that have been shown to reduce burnout, improve personal fulfillment, improve quality of life.

I mean, who doesn't want that? And when we say those things, what are we talking about? We're talking about career longevity.

Five months gives us enough time to figure out what's getting in your way, things to try in the real world and see what happens, build from there without signing up for an extensive open-ended coaching engagement, which is kind of the standard in the coaching world, but it just doesn't need to be.
