043: Shadows in Neon

So I have not gotten into a lot of gameplay since we last recorded.

Well, I've done a few things.

You've done a few things.

Yeah, I found a new random quest.

It was weird.

It was called The Rescue.

Mm-hmm.

And have you gotten that one before?

It does not even sound familiar to me.

So I jumped into a system.

I can't remember where I was going or what I was doing, but I jumped into this system and there was a fight going on.

And so I destroyed the spacers that were in this fight.

And when the fight was over, normally like the Vanguard or the Freestar will come on and say, hey, you know, that was a close one.

We didn't think we were going to make it.

Thanks for all your help, right?

Yeah.

That's not what happened.

There was just some people that said, hey, our...

After that attack, our ship is damaged and we can't get out.

We could sure use your help, you know.

And so you're like, okay, I'll help you.

And then they say, well, come board us.

So you go board this other ship.

And there's just these two random people there.

And they're like, hey, could you give us a ride? We're going to need a ride to our destination because our ship is kind of junk now.
