Quinn is off to the University with members of the Cult of Fenris to try and hit a valuable vampire target. Ethan stays as guest to the Pack and the discussion gets... interesting. St. Petersburg by…
Quinn, after being exchanged for by your pack in the Cult of Fenris, you were taken a few blocks away where you were eventually loaded into what looked to be a passenger van.
Now, these vans can be rented for tours, they can be rented for moving.
There's a lot of possibilities for them.
But you were loaded up with the four other members of the Cult of Fenris, including Victoria, who took a very comfortable seat next to you in the back of the van, wrapping her what appears to be lithe but very powerful arm around your shoulders as she introduced you to the other members of the pack that you would be going with tonight.
Those members include Astrid Wolfeyes, who is going to be your theurge for the evening, Hrothgar Ironblood, who is a Arun of the Cult of Fenris, who will be assisting Victoria on all things Arun, and then simply Marcus the Philodox, no last name given, probably by design and purpose.
I'd like you to go ahead and roll me a wits and insight right out the gate to see if you can get a read on any of these individuals.
Does my favor come into play?
What's your favor?
Um, add a die to any awareness or insight dice pool related to learning something about an individual person, animal, or spirit.
So what I will say in that regard is if you want to, you can only pick one of them if you want your favor to apply.
But if you want an overall vibe check of all of the individuals present, you would have to drop the favor.
All right, I will drop the favor.
Okay.
Three successes.
So as you're riding in the van up towards the university with the group, you definitely get a feeling that there is a fluctuation in emotions in this particular vehicle.
Uh, Victoria sitting next to you seems lackadaisical and just kind of along for the ride, really just enjoying themselves, definitely enjoying playing or toying with you a little bit.
Uh, the flirtation is probably the only excitement she is getting so far this evening as the rest of this just seems like business as usual.
Astrid seems nervous.
You get a v- like you could see that she is trying to prepare as much as possible, getting ready for the mission, but you could s- detect a little bit of apprehension in her behavior.
Marcus, who was the kind of shifty-eyed, nervous one last time you'd encounter, is now kind of laser-focused on you and casting the same kind of suspicious gaze at you that you are casting at everybody else, trying to really like sort you out, figure you out in this instance, not seemingly very happy about the whole situation.
Hrothgar is pumped.
They are excited.
They're ready to get in there and tear some leech apart, possibly all the leeches.
Uh, so you could get a very like excitable, eager, almost aggressive energy coming from them as they are gripping the steering wheel, almost white-knuckling it, and definitely speeding, trying to get to the university as quickly as possible.
At this point, Astrid will kind of clear her throat, gathering the attention of everyone around, getting their voices to die down a little bit.
