Spittin’ Chiclets Episode 659: Free Agency Frenzy

But hey, announcement, boys, before we, uh, really kick this thing off is, um-

Yeah

...

Chicklets Cup is coming back to Boston, baby, October 8th to 10th at the same spot, the Harpoon Brewery.

For anyone who attended last year, first off, thank you.

Second off, I think it was, it, it was basically perfection.

I mean-

Yeah

... obviously, you know, we had the incredible matchup of the Stranglers versus the Big Deal Selects in which neither team won.

You know, the, the, the Stranglers lost to Big Deal Selects, but Big Deal Selects lose again, and they're gonna lose again this year.

It's just is what it is.

But w- we got a rematch within those two teams, then I believe, is it, is it Mississauga or Brampton? Where's that take place?

Brampton.

No, Brampton.

Brampton.

Those animals, they're just, they were unstoppable in the championship.

Midnight Express.

So info on where and when to sign up will r- be released on all our social media soon.

But I think everyone who was there was, was pretty complimentary of the, of the venue, the area.

I mean, that's a beautiful time of the year to be in Boston.

Oh.

Early October, so-

The foliage, are you kidding me?

I'm fired up.

I'm fired up, and it's just another year of seeing the [laughs] Big Deal Selects just, just fall flat on their face right before the finish line.
