Celinne Da CostaGuestNimesh RadiaHostYou, um, you know, you, you talk about that tipping point, and, um, what would your advice be to anyone that kind of feels like the world is kind of been, it's crazy around them.
So many things are kind of so-called they're losing so many things, but actually, you know, maybe the world is actually is for them rather than against them.
What would you advise somebody that maybe is feeling like they're going through so many shifts and maybe struggling?

You know, it's, um, I feel very, very lucky and very blessed to be in the kind of position of literal, like living in a country, in a city that's safe, having-

... a certain passport, having certain resources that like allow me to be in a state of tranquility and like, you know, head a, head above the water, um, in terms of like actual, you know, physical safety and, and just being in a place of-

Uh, and 'cause I think there's, it's really hard to give general advice on how to connect to your inner world and, and feel that okayness when there's so many nuances to what each and every one of us is going through, and the challenges that we face in our individual lifetimes-

... right? Even as simple as somebody having a passport that doesn't even allow you to leave the country that you're in, right? So, um, because the-- I wanna disclaimer this because the, my advice is gonna sound so bland if I didn't.

Um, I really have found that every turmoil, every chaos, every challenge, e- all the grief, the pain that I've been able to navigate and set myself free from in my current lifetime, I've been able to do so because of my willingness to go within and clean up the inner terrain.

And I have found over and over and over again when I was dealing with seemingly impossible situations in my life, that the answer on how to resolve those situations, make them lighter, um, make them, release them, change their shape into something that was more palatable, acceptable, digestible, it didn't come from pushing and trying to control the external or trying to change someone else.

It always came from going within and asking myself a very confronting question that made me uncomfortable for many years until it didn't, which is if I am not creating this consciously, then how am I creating this unconsciously?

Mm-hmm.How have my imprints, my ancestry, my inherited story created the kind of conditioning that has wired me to say yes to this kind of person? To say, um, to say, to accept and tolerate certain conditions in my life because they're familiar to me.
