maybe a little bit more well what people need to know is that law enforcement they do not have to give you information on what they're investigating and what they do give you.
So from, I've been doing this for 16 years and I, we did the FOIA and all that good stuff to try to get the case information just to see what they have done.
So I can mark stuff off of my list, not so that I can release it to the public, you know, cause I've done a lot of investigating myself, you know, with the help of investigators and the information that Harris County did tell us was that They did polygraph the owner of the burger barn and one of the other guys that worked there that did deliveries for them.
Cause we did eventually find out that Ali was writing with him to make deliveries, which we did not approve of.

So Allie's dad, John, he was told by the owner of the burger barn that the surveillance video that was inside the restaurant was just on a 24 hour loop and they didn't keep it every day.
So there's no real proof other than them just saying that Allie never made it.
