Staying on that thing about it being good fun, it said you were somebody who was into rugby, which is like renowned as being one of the, like a great sport for camaraderie and good crack.

And then you sound like you've sort of all, like you're a people person and then sort of you've gone into eventing and enjoyed the company and the crack there.

And then you've sort of got your friends together and done this triathlon with them.

I'm not going to say it's all down to success, but I think it's more, if you have a goal and if you've got a goal in life, you've got something to work towards.

And I've always not necessarily tried to map out where my career is going to go or my sporting achievements are going to go, but I've always had in the back of my mind what I want to do.

I still aspire to go four star much to the bane of my wife who's now just looking for young horses and that sort of thing.

But I think it's, it's really cool when you've got something to work towards and it keeps you on track.

And, you know, I think in, it sounds quite deep, but in life, you kind of, there's peaks and troughs and you get a bit low and you get highs and, you know, there's highs and lows.

I think once you've got that goal, that's not necessarily a short term goal, that's in a month's time or, you know, a year's time, it's something that's achievable and you can push yourself towards it.

And I've kind of worked that in terms of my work career with license and also my sporting career, as you could call it, or home and family life is that when there's something to be achieved, if you can give it your all and don't achieve it, then that's fine because you've given it everything that you've got.

And I think that's where Joss, we've seen heaps of each other in terms of when I put my license hat on that we've partnered up with the Event Horse Owners Association and try and bring a real big buzz towards that.

And I think in terms of the equine side of things, is that again, peaks and troughs, mental health is huge.

And I think that if we, in terms of license and myself and my wife, or I lean quite a lot on, if we can bring some fun to fun to it and some positivity, then everyone has a bit more, you know, has a good time because it is, it is tough.
