I took 15 of some of my awesome consulting clients that I have in scale 20.

And we went to the Austrian Alps, one of my favorite places on earth.

In fact, we went to this place.

Pertusau.

And the third one is visual identity.

Okay, so let's talk about core values first.

So like I said, last week, I took 15 of my incredible clients from scale 20 to my favorite place on earth, the Austrian Alps.

And one thing that was the probably Apart from people giving me amazing compliments about my branding, the one thing that was the overarching theme for the week was that it was the people, the people that really made the week for all of the guests.

He really did it.

And then every time I went to a competition in Europe, Italy or France or Germany or the Austrian Alps or Switzerland, everybody would come to beat me to just see if they could go to America and beat the stars that we only knew from the magazines.

Right, right.

Now on to Bike of the Week, over in Austria, a bike that I think I've heard of once before, but it's, it, it's skipped my mind.

This is from Tim in and around the beautiful Austrian Alps.

"Freddy, continuing on with the bargain bike theme, how about the Suzuki XF650," otherwise known as Freewind.

"On sale from 1997 to 2002, underneath the strange body work and styling lies one of the longest-running production motorcycle engines, the four-valve, single overhead cam, 644cc, single cylinder that has been around since 1990," this is unbelievable, "and is still produced today some 36 years later, and available in the Suzuki DR650 dual-purpose trail bike, available brand new still to this day in the USA, New Zealand, Argentina, and many other countries.

"It looks better in the photo..." [laughs] I like this.

"It looks better in the photos than it actually is, but that's fine, as I don't need to be precious about this bike like I do my others.

So the Suzuki 650 is for my off-road adventures here in the Austrian Alps and Italian Dolomites." Tim, oh Tim, I love it.

You know, these are 162 kilos.

These are fun.

These are fun, like... action-adventure RPG kind of puzzle game kind of thing where you are going to this tourist spot in the Austrian Alps that has magical stuff going on.

That's kind of one of the last places that you can do that kind of stuff.

But the bad things are happening, like the magic is falling apart.

Start leaning into gaining some perspective.

I'm here in the Austrian Alps right now, my favorite place on planet Earth, and I've just been here with 15 of my consulting clients from my advisory company, Scale 20.

And I brought them to my favorite place on Earth because I have this belief that after you've kind of got your business off the ground, you've got some initial traction, you're... you've got clients that are winning, it's not about working harder.

It's about having clarity on where you're heading.

So I'm looking for... companies that want to promote csr corporate social responsibility in their businesses so i'll come and be an ambassador do some talks do some events for them help them build some challenges themselves let them join some of this challenge if they wish so it's going to go from york it's all built around rome the romans all roads lead to rome Um, you know, and, uh, it's going to go from York, which is the Roman name for it is Arborium.

So it's going from there and we're going to follow, I'm following the ancient Roman roads all the way from, through Holland and Germany and then into the Austrian Alps, um, the Italian Alps, the Swiss Alps, the French Alps, and then dropping out into Northern Italy and then coming down the Italian coast, five triathlons, hopefully, if I can swim.

Um, So I'm thinking a mile swim, half a marathon run, and then 20, 30 miles on a bike.

And that'll get me down then into Rome.
