The Missing Merlion

Welcome, Sniffy, to Singapore.

Wow, this is one of the most beautiful cities I've ever seen.

The skyscrapers, the crystal blue water, the palm trees.

Is that a building with a park on top of it?

[laughs] Yes, Marina Bay Sands.

The architecture here is unlike any other, that's for sure.

So what is a Merlion?

That's a great question.

Maybe we can find out in this park.

That sign says it's called the Merlion Park.

Oh, good thinking.

You are such a smart dog detective.

I'd usually take that as a compliment, Sniffy, but that one was pretty obvious.

Let's go.

[lion roaring]

Gah! It's the return of Professor Mittens.

Professor Mittens?

Gah! Not Professor Mittens then, but, uh, it's a ti-

ti-Sniffy, stop screaming.

It's just a Bengal cat

Just a Bengal cat? Excuse me, dog, but I am Ravi, the number one animal detective here in the great city of Singapore.

Yes, I am a Bengal cat, but many have mistaken me, as your friend did, for a tiger or even a lion.

I don't see lion, just tiger, 'cause of the stripes.

Okay.

Well, point is, I am not just a Bengal cat.
