Gardens by the Bay

Um, so if you plan on going over there, make sure y- you, you know, become aware of those things.

The Gardens by the Bay is very famous.

Um, right there underneath the hotel, the Marina Bay Sands.

What we didn't know, we just kinda stumbled upon it as walking through the gardens, there's this Garden of Wonder.

And in that time, almost everything around it has changed.

The Esplanade arrived, Marina Bay Sands came along, Gardens by the Bay changed the waterfront.

And a square is now taking shape nearby.

Now, Marina Square itself is about to undergo its biggest change yet.

When we got there that afternoon, we went and did like the hawker stalls, which are their massive, massive food booths.

We also got to do the gardens by the bay, which whenever you see Singapore, you know, the famous lit up trees you see.

That's what we went to and saw.

And it was one of those things I had seen so many people post about.

We have seen new residential projects in the downtown core in the last 10 to 15 years, and demand has been pretty stable.

Having this new high-rise residential block in this heart of singapore cbd and especially at the marina square site is to me it's a very highly attractive proposition because it firstly you know offers clear views to this very beautiful city skyline of marina bay you know you know when you picture yourself especially for sunrise and sunset that view is truly truly priceless and secondly you know with this extensive retail lifestyle and cultural amenities surrounding this new marina square residential project, plus the continuous bayfront connector network to the wider Marina Bay and the Gardens by the Bay, as well as connecting to Marina Bay Sands.

This whole Marina Bay area does provide a very beautiful, holistic lifestyle for one who likes to especially be near places of work and play.

And these kind of attributes, you know, also with this beautiful skyline, as I mentioned, it's actually hard to come by and it's going to be lightly sought after by the well-heeled, who especially like metropolitan city living with a beautiful city and this waterfront view from home.

I'm so sad.
