And I guess one of the things I observe about the concept of AI agents is that the concept has almost been rendered inert by overuse.

Sometimes people refer to AI agents, and I actually think they're talking about automation, for example, or something like that.

In that context, what do you think AI agents really means, and especially this new generation of AI agents?

It's really fascinating you're open with that because I've done a lot of thinking about this at a few events I've been to recently.

In particular, big, large vendors talking about their agents that they're launching.

And the fascinating part around agents in the way that a lot of people talk about it is... really just some form of a AI conversation.

They think about it as maybe some form of a workflow or an automation, maybe something that runs on autopilot or has lower use of human input.

So I think the way we've kind of transitioned from chat or question and answer based conversations with AI all the way through to real autonomous agents is what we're stepping into now when we really do talk about agents.

And the reason we do that is because it helps anchor the conversation around so we don't forget what we came here to talk about.

But also because I think most people who've had any kind of career in business normally think in Slides in a sort of a way.
