I'll take advantage of being host to ask the first question and then toss it to my colleagues after you've wrestled with that.

And I'll ask each of you the same question, which is, now that you have the roadmap, looking back, Is there something when you started that is on the roadmap and you're really surprised that it's there? That you didn't envision that this would end up on the roadmap and wow, here it is.
So I don't personally, nothing hit me over the head as, wow, that came out of left field.
I think the challenge from my point of view was, and I kind of referenced this a few minutes ago, synthesizing all of it.
So much of it was just brilliant insight and resonated with all of us because we all live it, that I thought synthesis wouldn't be as big as a challenge as it was.
But as we slowly started bringing everything together and I invited 10 different colleagues to be section leads for each of the 10 sections, their recommendations as they got into it and felt responsible for those sections made me realize this is going to take a lot longer.
And yet to do it right, to make it readable, to make it a guide, not just something you read and put on a shelf and say, okay, I bought that book.
It took a lot more work to drill down and make sure that the voice was consistent, to make sure that the themes continued throughout.
I mean, by the time I got down to the metrics and the implementation, it was just such an honor to work with these people.
They had such ability to bring it together and say, yes, this is how this all comes together.
