Trevor JohnGuestwelcome to rich planet tv i'm richard d hall in the previous show i explained my legal situation and i attended a court hearing on the 8th of may 2026 without going into detail on that hearing the court's decision was to make me bankrupt due to the inability to pay the claimant's huge legal fees and damages from the 2024 civil trial, despite the fact that I have a European Court of Human Rights appeal waiting to be considered.
So over recent weeks, I have been going through the bankruptcy process.
Now, as you may know, the family home, which is fully paid for, has a charging order on it, and it is now possible that a future court application will result in the compulsory sale of the house, making me and my 11-year-old son, Lewis, homeless.
Lewis has lived here all of his life and this situation has arisen through no fault of his own.
Andrew Johnson and Danielle and Lloyd Bryant have set up a trust which is accepting donations from the public to mitigate any damage, turmoil or loss which Lewis may suffer by being made homeless.
The Home for Lewis Trust has organised a UK speaking tour taking place in the last two weeks of August 2026, which will be visiting Birmingham, Nottingham, Liverpool, Glasgow, Newcastle, Kent, London, Southampton, Weston-super-Mare and Caerphilly.
Various people will be speaking at these fundraising events, including Andrew Johnson, Ian Davis, Danielle and Lloyd Bryant and myself.
If you are interested in attending one of these events, full details can be found at the website ahomeforlewis.org.
The response has been positive and Lewis is very grateful for all of the donations so far.
So I hope you will come along and support the Home for Lewis Trust.
It's all in a good cause.
There are some great speakers presenting breakthrough research on a range of fascinating subjects and it will be fun.
I hope to see you there.
Thanks for all of your support.
It is greatly appreciated.
Okay, when you think about what has happened in that court case and look at what's happening in courts in general, where you're not allowed to give evidence, produce your own evidence, you're being taken to court, but you can't produce evidence.
There was a case, and it's not the same as Richard's case, but...
There was a case about the people that broke into Elbit Systems, the Israeli weapons manufacturing company.
They broke in and destroyed a load of equipment.
I think it was computers and things like that.
And because the Palestine action is now being committed as a terrorist organization by the government or the state, if you like, were tried as terrorists they weren't even allowed to show their evidence this is where we're going they weren't even allowed to say why they'd done it in court to the jury in case the jury um came to a decision based on emotion and in a way it's not dissimilar uh to what happened to richard he wasn't allowed to show his um evidence even though he was taken to court he wouldn't even if it was ridiculous even if they laughed it out of court he should be able to say that a squirrel caused it or whatever he wants to say and he's my proof because that surely is a man's or a human being's um free will to defend himself
Yeah.
Not very, I think it is, mate.
No.
