And as the industry has transformed, and we're going to talk about that here later, in a second, a lot more, we have become a VA-focused business.
And the reason that we do that is we take individual people who understand what they're doing, who are aligned with the practice, and embed them in the practice.
And the reality is most people hear outsourcing and they have a negative connotation.
What we want to do is provide some of those cost efficiencies and support to that is actually necessary, but at the same time take our people and embed them in the practice where they can give the value and representation of the practice that is actually just.
but because you don't even know who's doing your insurance verification or submitting your claims, and they don't know the nuances of your practice.
And because of that, outsourcing in its traditional model is almost set up to fail.
And I think there's still practices today that outsourcing doesn't make sense for whatever size that you're in.
But the reality is a lot of my coaching conversations right now are centered around Does outsourcing make sense for me? I don't necessarily need another full-time person.
Maybe I don't have the physical space for another full-time person, but I know I need a half.
I need some sort of support so that my team can focus on patient interaction specifically in the door.
And CPAs are looking at staff costs and trying to help you kind of project how you can have a better revenue quarter for yourself.
If you think about like the traditional medical office back in the day, let's pretend we're pulling up in a, you know, carriage and buggy and horse car.
The receptionist was there to check somebody in, take them back to the doctor and check them out and take payments.
