Yeah, so I'll give you my quick background.

So let's see, graduated college, went to work for a big company called Dentrix.

It's like the leading dental software company and it was that super corporate experience.

So I found myself like, you know, in the office early in the morning, in the cubicle, you know, just kind of doom and gloom vibe.

Everything else still works including new patient production which comes from your practice software.

There's companies out there, they're advertising, they can do it.

There's like one called Viva, there's Lassie, there's Dentrix has a system, Overjet's getting there.

You guys, they are not there yet and they are not right.

That is their version of it.

They just have turned off integrations right now.

But, yeah, it's Dentrix.

It's Open Dental.

It's CareStack and Dentrix Ascend as well.

So it's really cool software.

Yeah, that's awesome.

You're going to just limit yourself to like, I only serve Open Dental or I only serve Eagle Top and only these versions, right? Think about it.

When you're talking about Dentrix or Open Dental or Dexus, you're talking about many versions over decades of those systems too.

So it's not like there's just 12.

Like in reality, there's like a hundred infrastructure reality, like a, like combinations or more to interface with.

kidding.

So anyway, it's basically, if you think about a practice management system, right, they're all proprietary in nature and, you know, EagleSoft can't talk to Dentrix and Dentrix can't even talk to Dentrix Ascend, right? So they're all different proprietary formats.

And the biggest challenge in dental is today and the reason why we haven't had a lot of interoperability is because of that proprietary nature.

And so when we extract that information and we put it through our AI semantic understanding, a fire bundle is a mechanical layer.

What is it missing? And why hasn't dentistry evolved the way sales and marketing already have? And I want to spend that question a little more.

Do you think the Dentrix and the Eaglesofts and the open dentals of the world are kind of like Salesforce and some of these big companies that the Fortune 500 all use? And now some of them might be thinking, man, maybe that ought to just be completely rebuilt from scratch with all this new modern AI and Python.

Or do you think Dentrix, EagleSoft, and OpenDental will always be the hub and everything will connect to it?

Yeah, so I definitely think that the future is cloud-based.

But let's break that down for a second.

There's, when you run an on-premise system like Open Dental, Dentrix, EagleSoft, the security layer is really difficult and many offices are completely exposed, right? And we know that, you know, you need endpoint security, you need antivirus, you need to do backups.
