I could just sit here and listen to it all day because there's nothing that inspires me more than hearing firsthand from people that have made those huge transformations, but then also selflessly then use that energy to try and help everyone else to follow suit using technology.

The Soma Breath, and I've experienced firsthand at the Wellness Way Festival last year.

I know you did a podcast with another guy called Adam that I met at the Wellness Festival, and he came on my podcast, and I listened to him do his talk on detox.

And that festival was very much, for me, a moment where I took different bits from different places.

I didn't know what I was going to learn when I was there, but the three things that I took were EFT, the tapping, the sum of breath work and the information that Adam delivered to me around how I could detox my liver to help with 15 years I've suffered with irritable bowel syndrome.

So I didn't know what to expect when I sat on the grass and Brooke, one of your fantastic instructors, delivered a breath work session.

And I was actually in a very, very bad place at the time after, yeah, incredibly bad.

And I didn't know what I was going there for, but I knew I needed to do something different because I'd lived a life for 15 years of ignoring the signs that my body was living out of alignment.

I knew that that was the thing that was the cause of all of my stress, all of my inflammation, all of my bowel issues, because I'm not someone really that was ever completely aligned to policing because...

And for me, there was a certain point I remember as an incident that really traumatized me involving a child that died.

And from then on, I was unable to show the same level of empathy again because my body wouldn't let me.
