And like I myself as a coach, I really do well if I have something concrete, if I have like something very definitive.
to refer back to when someone's setting physique goals and it also then prompts me it gives me the ability to be like okay so what is it all that you like about this physique and really have you considered that like okay you might like this girl's abs if you know this is generally the direction you want to go for but do you like her legs do you like her upper body muscularity do you like how she is in this pose but also not in this pose at this conditioning and muscularity So historically, we've done a lot of exercises kind of like this where she's brought pictures and like I've kind of, not debunked, but like broken down.
Here's like proportionally what I see in her physique, what she's focused on, whether there's, you know, I'm theorizing, obviously, because I can't be certain whether there's the use of enhancements and what I can say, like in my own experience, what it's going to take for my client to get there, even in terms of lifestyle, length of time, in terms of dieting, in terms of building.
So one of the things we, you know, we're kind of going back and forth over on her check-in.
And she's like, I really, like, I'm not crazy about how it's kind of like bowing out.
Like me in my essence as a coach of trying to understand better, okay, like, what is it exactly that you want? Like, what is it that you want to look like? So I can, you know, better tailor your training.
And like, as she's broken through ceilings that, I mean, like when she first came to me, she was like, I, I really don't think I have the ability to get past this weight or to get to this body shape or to see these landmarks in my physique.
Every time we've then had to reestablish, okay, what's the new trajectory what's the new goal and one of the things that she brought up was like for my clients like i have them do just straight on to the side facing away pictures i mean like they're very much like mugshot pictures and let me back up like the reason i do this is because As a competitor, if you don't know, I've competed in bodybuilding for 10 years.
And it's one of those things that, like, if you are a competitor, yes, you have mandatory poses you're supposed to hit.
And like I myself as a coach, I really do well if I have something concrete, if I have like something very definitive.
