Jun 16, 2026 · 42 min · 14 segments
Sorry for delay!! I was on vacation and should have brought my laptop with me!! Anne heads to another interview—this time with David (but since he was in SATC, his name is now SKIPPER), the architect…
at uh We're back at Sarah's grandma's trailer.
And what threw me off about this is that the scene starts almost identically to the previous episode scene.
So I was like, wait a minute.
Am I watching the same episode a second time? Yeah, exactly.
Anne is in her power outfit.
George comes in and makes fun of her power outfit.
But this time she's going for an interview with the architecture firm because it's totally reasonable that a woman who hasn't had a job in 15 years other than taking hot dog orders would absolutely be in a position to help at an architecture firm, to help them in an environmental way of bringing about new change.
She is certainly qualified to do that.
But Anne is like, George, are you jealous that the architect was hitting on me? And George is like, Anne, I already know everything about him.
First of all, he's gay.
Second of all, he's deaf in one ear.
And Donovan can tell you all of it.
He knows everything.
And Anne is like, George, we're not talking about that right now.
We're talking about the fact that we need to get more adopted families into our house from Reverend Stone because we need to find an adopter for this baby.
By the way, I actually think in real life, if you came to the conclusion to put a child up for adoption, you would have to talk about it less than we have talked about it in this episode.
Like, I don't actually think it needs to be.
Of course, there's a lot, but I feel like you go through a process and there's a support system and there's like, yeah true professionals who help with this but these guys are all trying to you know be the cook in the kitchen and do it all by themselves i have a
question can you just randomly pick a couple be like i'll let you adopt my child i'm just gonna give my baby to
you
i don't think so either if
i've learned anything from
mom
oh does it have to
be a family that's already like shown interest isn't that just like
