And Ecclesia, if you weren't here for the last few weeks, is just a called-out assembly.

It's the church.

The Greek meaning means the called-out ones, a gathering of people called together for a purpose.

And Lockie framed it up pretty good.

I haven't got the photo, but he framed it up pretty good with the Ecclesia is not an old church building.

It's us.

Where two or more gather.

We are the ecclesia when we're sitting in a coffee shop sharing jokes or the love of God or the gospel or just doing life together.

We are part of that ecclesia because we become, when there's more than one, a people with purpose carrying a mission forward.

Agreed? Lockie said a couple of weeks ago, the church is called to be a movement of people shining to the world of what it looks like to be in relationship with the one true God.

And Stacey preached last week on the understanding of God's heart and the purpose for his church.

She brought in a message around, it was touching on evangelism a lot, but she was bringing a vulnerability from her place of saying, you know what, when I hear stories of Rick or when I hear stories of Lockie Gunner tell people the gospel, it makes me cringe because it's so vulnerable and it's so hard to do.

And I felt the Lord, just before she preached, and I didn't know what she was really preaching on, tell me to preach a message on the simple gospel, on us being the light that carries the truth.

Because, yes, I am, I would say, an evangelist.
