So last week, something interesting happened.

I had a video on my other channel, my lecture channel, kind of outperform a typical video that I would make.

So this video that I posted the other day, it's now got over 200,000 views, which is definitely atypical for my channel.

Kind of like typically floats anywhere between one to maybe five, sometimes 10, sometimes 20,000 views.

So this one is like a 10x, 20X outlier on my other lecture channel.

And it was a nice reminder of what is the actual game that we're trying to play here because it's not the first video that I've had with loads of views.

And it's definitely not what I'm trying to achieve.

But I think what I'm more stoked about is that last month I managed to bring in, it was $176,000 in new contract value for my consulting business.

And the even cooler thing is that I did it without sales calls.

I did it without any sales team members.

So I don't have an appointment set.

I don't have a sales close.

I don't have anyone.

It's literally just me.

That for most people is really the outcome.

The outcome is making big bucks from a pretty tiny audience.

And so although the 200,000 view video was cool, it brought a ton of new people to my channels.
