When you run into somebody who's 65, I'm not sure, but my gut says once they realize that you're 70 and they see you out there doing all these things, they might feel a little, not intimidated, but they might feel a little guilty or something.

What happens when you run into somebody, you know, they're in their 60s and they're not moving much? But they say, gosh, Neville, I really appreciate what you're doing.

That's what they say, right? They probably look you right in the eye and they say, man, I like that, Neville, but I couldn't do that.

What do you say to them? What do you say to them to get them to freaking do it? What do you say?

You know, if you get into that stagnation at 65, You won't last 10 years.

And I've seen people my age, younger than me, that look older than me, or people in their late 50s, early 60s, who look 70.

I'm helping him every week and I'm pushing him and I'm giving him exercise and I'm telling him to give me his weights and cut out on the sweets and do all those things.
