Uh, I, I think f- if anyone was doubting this Nations Championship and whether it would be as good as we hoped, and whether teams would go for it, I hope that they watched that first game and checked themselves, because that, for me, is how international rugby can be at its absolute finest.
I thought it was two wicked teams with wicked players playing attack-minded rugby, playing what they saw, playing to space, playing with speed, but the skill execution was incredible on the attacking side of the ball.
I thought both teams were incredible at putting their body on the line, the physicality they were bringing, the line speed.
There was, there was jeopardy the whole game, and it was, but it was, it was close.
