Some players are gonna need to take a long, hard look at themselves in the mirror"? You know, if you're not going to drop players, why don't we start looking at some of the coaches and start making some coaching changes? Now, Tana Umaga is our defense coach.

Is his CV really good enough to be the All Black defense coach, or is he there now to be a culture coach? Do you get jobs in the All Blacks because you bring mana? What about Jason Ryan? I've never seen an All Black forward pack go backwards as of much as I've seen in the last three years.

Are we gonna start asking questions of Jason, or is he a good man? Which is part of the rhetoric we hear at a lot of these media conferences.

C- can I ask you these questions then, though, Shane? Should we be at least be able to ask some questions of Tana Umaga as a defense coach, and certainly Jason Ryan as our scrum/forwards coach w- based on the performances we've seen? We're happy to drop players when they don't perform.

And Tana Umaga said, yeah, quirky is cool.

So fully embracing him in the media.

And then he went on and had the record, you know, tries for the year for Super Rugby.

So, um, yeah, he's massive respect in trying w- what he's doing at currently.

Um, if you look at what he's building now and from a playing point of view on and off the field, and with Tana Umaga next to him as well, what a combination, I think, um, in terms of, you know, um, bringing some culture that Tana usually speaks about.

So that insistence, you can see how they're dressing when it comes to o- off the game as well.

So from, from four months ago, it's a different All Black team on and off the field, how they play, but also, like, how they carry themselves with the leadership of, of Ardie Savea as well.
