But yeah, it's funny because there is that little group within the pro metabolic space who doesn't see starches favorably.

And when I was thinking of you and you're, you're, you're like a hunt, you are pure Irish to me, at least when I hear you, that I can't imagine a world without potatoes.

And I can see how when you looked at those, you know, the historical menus that we would post, that it would kind of piece things together for you.

Because, yeah, when you look online, there's going to be a different group of people saying not to eat dairy or not to eat wheat or starches.

When you look at the historical data and those menus, you can see that, well, they just pieced together whatever they had and they made the most of it and it rounded out to be a very nutritious diet.

And while we don't necessarily go over those menus and transform, it's similar to the principles that we're teaching because we're not telling somebody to exclude any one food group from their diet.

Instead, like you said, you're kind of thinking about what actually is making you feel good, what foods when you eat, what fuels you, what digests well.

And that's what's so much more important than trying to follow some restrictive dietary rules.

And I'm also glad that that all resonated with you and that brought you here because you're a You mentioned you lost some weight, you did some re-comping, you put on some muscle.

So I just want to hear from Samantha what the progress has been like, and then we can take it back to you too to talk about your progress that you made in Transform.
Yeah, Laura's done really great.
She's down over 20 pounds, about 3% body fat.
She's brought her calories up almost by 500 from when we started, like that initial week, which is huge.
She's lost a lot of inches and then when she first started she was transitioning with careers and had to have a pretty high step count so that was something that she had to navigate throughout the program and I think she did like phenomenally with that.
I would say the biggest growth curve that I saw within her.
was really learning herself.
So not only what foods she does well with and in that respect, but learning what her limits were when she needed to taper back a little bit and let herself rest or push her workout back later in the week, things like that.
And I think even coming out of the cut, she became sick and she did a really good job you know, auto-regulating and letting herself recover so that she didn't fall into a cycle of like repeating the illness or dragging it out.
