Hitting a Baseball or Making a 3? Aaron Judge Debates Hardest Things & Little Details of Being a PRO

During a rain delay, what's going on in the dugout?

Ooh.

Rain delay? You know, we kinda sit there for a little bit, you know, watching the rain, watch the grounds crew, 'cause you're always looking for that one ground crew guy that is pulling the tarp and falls in, and then he's stuck under the tarp.

So you kinda sit around and wait for that.

But after that, we all go in the clubhouse, um, and we're just hanging.

We're living- we're watching other games, um, just kinda sitting around.

We're kinda like this in a big circle just talking about the game, talking about anything that's going on in the game right now.

So it's...

We're, well, same thing.

We're big kids, so we're just, we're just out there-

[laughs]

... having fun, guys'll have a soccer ball.

They'll throw a football around, just kinda stay loose and kinda, you gotta be ready to go.

And that's the one thing that's crazy with baseball compared to basketball, man.

You guys got no rain delays.

You guys start on time.

No, no, we don't start on time.

[laughs]

We are never on time.

If a game's at 7:30, we're starting at 7:43.

Yeah.

Uh, every time.

But I will say-

7, 7, like, 37 if it's not national TV.

Yeah.
