I wanna get started with probably the biggest piece that has come out of, of these blurbs, which is that we have confirmation of basically our villain, who is Crochet.
Mm-hmm.
Now, as many people have pointed out, a lot of people had forgotten that Crochet was even a character, that he existed in these books, because he was a little bit hidden.
We were obviously-
Yeah
... lucky.
I think we have a really great, close group of girls that do a lot of deep diving into these books, and had already long ago predicted that Crochet was going to be an epic villain.
So we had already seen him, been prepared for him, and had a lot of knowledge about this, but the blurbs really brought this to light for the general audience to say that this was going to happen.
But a lot of people have obviously said, "Who is Crochet? Who is he? Where was he? What information do we know?" So we wanna obviously give you a bit of a breakdown of that.
He has been trapped under the lake, um, on the continent, cursed there to never leave.
He turned Vassa, the human queen who was kidnapped in Acamath, um, causing her to become a firebird.
So she is a firebird by day and then human by night.
I love this so much.
