First of all, and it's the big one, Running back Jameer Gibbs is holding in as he anticipates a new contract.

Now, we've gone back and forth on this, and you, in a prior episode, said that there really should be no need for him to do so, given our track record of paying our guys.

And yet, there is no new contract yet, and he is present, but he is not training.

Can you blame him for the current position? And you did say at this position that you would potentially seek a trade.
Like, what's he asking for? You know, if there is a hold-up in the deal, what is it? It's probably over-guaranteed money, etc.
All I will say is, you know, you can understand it from a player's point of view, you know, that they would...
The only issue I have with it, as I say, is, you know, we are not the Cincinnati Bengals.
We don't, you know, try and make you sign all these injury waivers and, you know, not give you any money.
And, you know, and we pay you like every single guy has been paid without fail.
Even if he was to get hurt, like, say he was to be down for a month or two, they'd still pay him, right? Like, short of him blowing out his knee and, you know, having a leg cut off or something like that, they're still going to pay him because of what he means to the organisation.
