Madden DelaneyHostWhen I started in 2022, I was hired on as an energy efficiency technician, which is an energy auditor or energy assessor.
And if not, we're able to make these calls and replace these things, which has led me into becoming a quality control inspector.
So now instead of assessing these homes, I'm able to inspect the homes that were assessed and I check on all the work.
And now I'm able to kind of help... let's say like promote growth with our other production employees so let's say the people that are still doing assessments and other people that are doing quality control inspections I'm able to kind of teach them a little bit more about their own work because I'm doing reviews and I'm catching let's say people's like habits or you know you could you could kind of like going through people's work so often, you can see, you know, common things that they're doing within each job.
So sometimes I'll, you know, I'll gather, you know, the habits and patterns I see.
And I'll have a talk with these, you know, assessors and inspectors and kind of point out what can we do a little bit differently.
