What I think about a lot, too, when I'm thinking about designers is going back to my childhood, like, a Target was s- you know, the store that anyone could shop at.

I think there's a statistic, something like you can't go more than, like, 20 or 30 miles without reaching a Target in the US.

We're in all 50 states, so there's a lot of opportunity and responsibility, right, with, that comes with that.

And it's an incredible chance to bring great design to all, because everyone deserves access to great design.

So for us it's really about democratizing design and not having to make any compromises in the process.

So each collaboration we do is really different and really bespoke to the partner, the moment in time, and really mutually collaborative.

So, like, what is the partner looking to get out of it, and also what are we looking to get out of it? And it's, like, that meeting in the middle where everybody wins, and what could we not each do on our own but we could only do together.

And as we think about, like, what makes that special is a convergence of guest insight.

Like, what do we know to be true from the guest? What are people telling us? What is our business telling us? But then what is also the broader opportunity of, like, what has not been done before? And I always, that's the part that really excites me, and going back to the startup mentality.

Like, what is, what's new here, what's innovative, and what could only Target do? And to me, that's the exciting place.
