I try to be really real with all of my prospects as well, and just tell them, like, "I'm gonna do everything in my power to help you put symptoms into remission, but I don't have a crystal ball, and I don't know when you're, where you're gonna land.

And I will tell you what I've seen is, like, the harder you work, generally the better result you get, but sometimes that also means being willing to live with, like, more dietary restrictions." And, and that doesn't have to be a bad thing, depending on the way you frame that and you relate to that.

But we have to be realistic about, you know, what is possible, and if you don't get to that optimal state you're reaching for, how can we, how can we re- reframe mindset to make that-
When I started, I was like, it, it's so funny, because 95% of everything I do is mindset, because yes, we can master, we can nail these what I call outer habits, but, uh, y- we have diagnoses that come with very real losses, and, and things that maybe aren't changeable for years.
And, like, who we are in between is what determines if we still enjoy life even with this.
