You don't know if it's like a booting rally in six hours or if she's gonna be down for three or four days.
Um, but this situation, uh, I think it was two, two and a half days he was holding down the fort by himself.
Um, any tips of, like, how to get through that time? Um, some of it's survival.
Some of it's like, "Hey, I wanna, I wanna thrive as much as I can." But how do you get through that time not wanting to choke one of your kids, not resenting your wife, uh, not being too anxious about your entire family getting sick? You got a whole year of experience, so I'm sure you've had plenty of opportunities to experience this.

This one's gonna be a little different for me.
I've probably got it easier than, uh, some of our dads with multiple kids.
I just have the, just have the one.
He's 12 months old, and I'm with him for a full day w- about once, twice a week.
I think that one of the big things for me is don't go into it with the hope or with the ex- uh, sorry.
You can go into it with the hope.
Without, don't go into it with the expectation that you're-
You're all hope
... that you're not gonna, that you're not gonna get overwhelmed.
Yeah.
So I would accept that, not that you are gonna get overwhelmed, but accept that it's, it's on the table.

There's a possibility you're gonna get overwhelmed.
'Cause you're a human.
There's a possibility you're gonna have some of those thoughts that you're like, "I probably shouldn't have these thoughts-
