This shapes how you think, how you act, how you approach leadership.

I can't think of a time in my life where it's been more important.

And if you don't understand your worldview, if you don't understand the impacts your worldview has on leadership, that is a huge, huge thing you need to be spending time on.

It's a self-awareness thing, and as, as long listeners of the show know, self-awareness is like the bedrock of great leadership, and this is just one facet of that.
