290: Toilet Cop

money oh my god john uh so i'm sorry hell hey everybody this is the show um john was recently visiting with my friends mike and jason to talk about what you frame it what were you talking about

i was gonna say they're doing a 20 max for 2020 but they're not they're doing i like that series

that was a good series designed in california which is a history you

History of Apple in the style of, what is that podcast that Jason likes? The Rest is History?

Oh, yeah.

Oh, yeah, I

could see that.

But it also reminds me a little bit of Welcome to Macintosh, which I think was a wonderful series.

Yeah, I haven't listened.

I listened to Welcome to Macintosh, which is a good podcast.

No, I'm

mentioning this, like, honestly, it's 80% just because I wanted to talk to my pal about Macs for a minute.

But honestly, please go and support what they're up to.

Do you want to frame what they're doing?

Yeah, like I said, they're doing a history of Apple, and I think they're up to like 50 episodes that they're planning.

But they'd love your support on Kickstarter for this project.

Yeah.

And from like the beginning, from the founding of the company, I guess

they're going to go through the modern day.

But anyway, that's a lot of history.

It's

unbelievable to me, the jump from Apple II to System 7.

I mean, in my head, that's like 800 years ago.

Yeah, I mean...

Let alone the jump from System 7, like 701, the gold, to OS X or, you know, any of those ding-a-ling things we used to get on discs.
