in as much as you know Sam Raimi can speak English so he can come and argue his case whereas Lucio Fulcim would have had a bit more difficulty I would have thought maybe there's that element to it but I think the only one I can think of Italian wise with a high profile case was Diodato for Cannibal Holocaust which I think was in Italy I think that one it was yeah English speaking court yeah so
