Because I feel like, like oftentimes, like I, with clients a lot, then people experience triggers, right?

And so it's so easy when you're experiencing that triggers you to be like, "Oh, this person's doing this to me," or like the, like pointing the finger outwards.

And [laughs] what does that say when you, when you point your finger, there's like four...

[laughs] I mean, I don't know if anyone's mom told them that, but my mom told me that.

And it's interesting 'cause when you look at that in that way of like, oh yeah, when I get triggered by something, I can point the finger and like at the thing that's triggering me, or I can choose to look what's...

Well, what is this trigger touching? Like, the, the trigger can be a doorway to explore what's actually happening inside of you, which then allows for you to reclaim your power from this experience that's triggering to you so that, that, that, that thing that's outside of you that's triggering an experience within no longer has power over you.

And I feel like that is like one of those, if there's anything [laughs]...

Well, I was gonna say, in the first five minutes of this, you've single-handedly dismantled spiritual perfectionism.

You've talked about life going th- living, lived through you, and the power of sovereignty and choice, and reclaiming your inner wisdom, so we're off to a good start.

I don't know what the other [laughs] 45 or 50 minutes is gonna hold, but I'm pretty sure it's gonna be great.
