You may not have a problem with that, but I've had dentists and other people tell me, "You need to breathe." So breathing may come natural to some people, but some of us struggle with it.

Breathe." And I, there's something about when you're anxious, there's this, you d- you're holding your breath.

Tell, tell, share this with your oldest because if you hold your breath, it keeps you in a s- it says, "In a state of low-grade anxiety and stress," and who needs that? And also, it lowers our, um, like, our cognitive ability as well.

So, you know, hey, that helped me 'cause who wants to be w- and, and it's a low grade, so you don't notice it, but low-grade anxiety and stress.

So when you do breathe, you know, you've talked, we've talked about box breathing, but his is a little different than box breathing.

You breathe in two seconds through your nose, and then one more, and it's kind of a quick one.
