What in your experience has helped you do that? Are there questions people can ask? How can I get clarity on my North Star and maybe what can help me wake up with more energy in the morning?

Yeah, there's so much research on having your sense of purpose and why you show up in the morning.

And what the research says is that when we know what we're showing up for, we tend to show up more consistently and more effectively.

And so the idea is that if you connect with your purpose every day, like you know why you're showing up, you can keep doing it.

Like some people think that only someone working in a sustainable business or only someone working In like, you know, like a health care situation of helping people that only those people have purposes that matter.

Everyone can find purpose in every day, whether it's helping people, you know, in your day to day work, whether it's building people's financial literacy, whether it's making sure the IT systems work so that our businesses can show up in a great way and support people in the community.

So I think it really is a secret sauce of leadership and it's a secret sauce of showing up every day.

And one of the things that I did personally is I wrote my own personal mission statement that helps me connect every day with why I'm showing up and what matters to me, and that is to heal myself and the planet so that future generations can thrive.

And for me, doing that and focusing on developing the leaders of the future, that helps me get up every morning.

Do you have a mission statement, Kevin, or something that gets you up every morning?

need to reconnect to that purpose and make more decisions in the business on how we can evangelize that and manifest that and I thought it was a really good starting place for people out there.
