So we got to talk a little bit about how you're thinking about AI, not just from a coaching perspective, but coaching clients, obviously,

My biggest light bulb moment was this realization that AI could actually make us more connected as human beings.

And it was this opportunity, you know, you started hearing about, you've obviously been in it a lot, you know, heavily.

As a coach and as a trainer and at Compass especially, I was in it and I was learning about it, but it was always being framed in this way that, oh, we're going to automate things for you.

We're going to do things that you can just type a prompt and then you don't even need to touch it.

And I was always of this mindset that the business, while it's changed in many, many aspects, at the end of the day, the real estate business is still rooted in the tried and true principle of taking care of people.

And I had a little resistance around like, wait, you know, like, I don't want technology to replace me.

And it's like this cliche that's so, you know, it just doesn't really make sense.

If I take what I practice and I preach, And then I start to apply AI into it.

So a lot of what I do is I combine my philosophy is basically AI and the human touch.

What I really specialize in is how can we take it and use it to connect me to people more and make my relationships deeper.

Like, wait a minute, this thing can actually connect me more to people if I use it in the proper way.
