Rupert, I feel like there's lots of guys out there around the Rangers that were there when you were there and that no offense, that wasn't that recently, but Mike Sullivan is another one who was John Tortorella's assistant when you were, when you were on the Rangers.
And now obviously, you know, one of the most decorated coaches in the league you know, one of the most, one of the highest paid coaches in the league, if not the highest paid.
They just couldn't put the puck in the ocean, and that really was what made it fall apart last year.
Do you think he put the foundation in to have all these players that Chris Drury brought in fit into the style that Mike Sullivan wants this team to play going forward? Last year was such a mess, it's hard to really assess, but do you see the Mike Sullivan coaching DNA in this team, and can they take that forward to have success?
To your point, I mean, starting off and everybody probably remembers, I mean, they...
And how long can you keep preaching, stay the course, stay the course, when you're not scoring goals, you're not winning games? Home ice is – I don't know if I've ever seen anything like that before.
So then they got off course, and then it just kind of became – it was just in shambles after that.
So, you know, I would expect that to be hammered home, to get back to that to start this season.
