Edna celebrated local ingredients, seasonality, and Southern traditions and became one of the most revered culinary figures in America today.
This year marks the fiftieth anniversary of her landmark book, The Taste of Country Cooking.
Toni Tipton-Martin, the culinary historian and author, and Nina Williams-Nbang, Edna Lewis' niece and board member of the Edna Lewis Foundation, are interviewed on the Jubilee stage by Adrian Cheatham of the Chef's Cut podcast.
