Debriefing the Goose

And I want to talk about the whole festival, but maybe real quick for the people who haven't been at the Radical Mystics Wisdom Camp, maybe we should just tell them a little bit about what happens there so they can show up next year and know what to expect.

So the Wild Goose Festival, the festival proper runs from Thursday night through Sunday morning.

But what they started doing, I don't know, five or 10 years ago now, well, it must have been at least 10 years ago, is doing what they call pre-festival events.

And they're day-long events.

They run from like nine to five.

It's an additional fee, but it's not horrible.

I think the entire festival is like $300, and then the pre-festival events are an additional $60.

There's a number of different themes.

I think they have a writing camp.

They have an energy healing camp.

My wife went to that this year.

One of the first camps was this wisdom camp.

And it's always been, again, those three themes, spirituality, creativity, and justice.

Wisdom camp was always the spirituality kind of funnel.

And so the idea to gather people together who are committed to cultivating the interior life and spending a whole day kind of working just on that.

So you and I inherited that.

Mike Morrell had been leading it before us.

He started doing a different camp last year.

and invited us to take wisdom camp over.

And that's where the concept of medical, medical,

medical, medical, radical mystics.

Um, see folks, this is unedited, unfiltered.

You're getting it, you know, um, right

here

as it is.
