I feel like nutrition is probably one of the biggest categories that we're-- was not really taught.

You know, we don't focus on nutrition, and that is the most important thing that could eradicate so many things that we see on a day-to-day basis.

I think medicine kind of did us a disservice by not teaching us anything about nutrition.

I hate taking pills every day, and it's like, how can I not have to take these pills every day? And I feel like there's so many people in society who are just like, "Oh, well, whatever, I'll just take a pill."

You see the death, you see families just wanting another day with their loved one, and you have to console them, and you have to go home knowing that maybe some of this could have been prevented.
Before we get into all of the craziness that you must see in your day-to-day or overnight shift work, uh, how, how did you meet? Was-- Did you guys meet on the floor? Was it in med school? Was it something completely random? I'd love a little bit of a love story first.
