I mean, different ones of you, if you're listening to this, you have different ways of planning.

For myself, I think I will probably bucket what I want to do in retirement into three buckets.

Provident, you realize I love peace a lot, right? So the first bucket will be purpose.

I mean, as you transit into, quote-unquote, a new phase of life, retirement, right? I mean, I...

But I guess if you are going into retirement, you are near retirement, I guess you got to find a new meaning for your life.

In the next 20 years, God willing, 25 years, 30 years of your life left, what is the purpose of your life? What are the things that you want to do that will be truly meaningful? What will be the kind of work you want to still do that will be truly meaningful? So that's the first bucket for me, purpose.

When you are young, you have a lot of friends, right? If you think back on those days when you are studying, I mean, you have probably like 20, 30, 40, 50 friends and you go to party, you tend to know a lot of people.

But as you get older and older, I think many senior people will agree with me that your circle of friends, and especially your inner circle of friends, will reduce.

You will find those three friends, five friends, that I call them 2AM friends, people that you can wake up at 2AM and call them, and if you need to see them, they will rush down to see you.

So I would want to put this group of people in the second bucket, the important people in my life that I still want to maintain very close contact with.

And I do mean physical activities like exercises, cardio, strengthening exercises, stability exercises.
