And we laid a very important foundation by looking at a very important scripture in the book of Acts chapter 13, the verse 22, which was our theme scripture.
The Bible says, And when he had removed him, he raised up unto them David to be their king.
to whom also he gave testimony and said, I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after my own heart, which shall fulfill all my will.
We said that Abraham was a friend of God, Joshua stopped the son for 24 hours.
But amongst all of them, it was said of one man called David that this man was a man after God's own heart.
So we explained that in simple terms, for a man to be a man after God's heart, it meant four main things.
We said, number one, that person's heart was in alignment with God's desires.
Any man that will be after God's heart will be a man that falls under these four categories.
And we began to look at the seven dimensions of grace and calling that David functioned and operated in.
And number seven, David was a leader, a nation builder and an administrator.
So he operated in these seven dimensions or what someone would call the seven anointings.
And we began to take a critical look about the life of David before we explore the secrets that every Christian should understand about David.
