I mean, you don't need a qualification to be a real estate agent.

Someone that's reaching out to a corporate agency that wants to sell their home or buy a home, they could be meeting an agent that's, it's their first day on the job.

The most expensive I've seen available for rent was 180,000 a month.

A month.

The average salary in the UK is about 30, 40,000 pounds a year.

They're not earning a salary, my friend.

You are a real estate s- agent in super prime Central London for one of the top agencies, and you've become one of the top performers within that agency as well in a relatively short time.

He was like, "I'm not gonna give you a job."

Great, "I'm not gonna give you a job but-

I wanna be out there, I wanna be selling houses, I wanna be interacting with clients.

He said to me, "If you do this, I'll let you be an agent." All the agents that are even now joining our business, all of them have tons of experience.

I was coming from nothing.

And every job application that you fill, it says, "List previous experience." Hold on, I've just been in school for how many ever years, where am I gonna get this experience from?
